Artists must hold distribution rights. Fans receive music free after completing transparent requirements. Emails used for verification are separate from marketing consent. Download access expires; signed storage URLs can be shared during their short lifetime.

We store account information, artist uploads, verified support actions and operational events. No precise location is collected. Retention, tax treatment, controller contact, jurisdiction and deletion policy must be finalized before inviting external users.
